Saturday Evening Mediterranean Farm Dinner
First Course : Heirloom Tomato & Farm Feta
A colorful assortment of seasonal heirloom tomatoes, shaved cucumbers, paper-thin sweet onions, fresh herbs, lemon, and Dancing Ewe Farm extra virgin olive oil. Finished with a generous block of sheep’s milk feta to crumble at the table.
Served alongside our creamy house-made hummus with warm grilled pita.

Second Course : Yellowfin Tuna Crudo
Sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna, delicately sliced and dressed with citrus, extra virgin olive oil, flaky sea salt, fresh herbs, capers, and a touch of chili.

Main Course : Grilled Lamb Chops
Herb-marinated lamb chops, encrusted with pistachio then grilled over an open flame and served family-style.

• Crispy Roasted Potatoes with rosemary and sea salt
• Charred Broccolini with garlic, lemon, and olive oil
• Sautéed Wild Mushrooms finished with fresh herbs
