A Mediterranean-inspired farm dinner on Saturday evenings and a relaxed à la carte brunch on Sundays. Menus are posted here in advance of each weekend.

Saturday Evening Mediterranean Farm Dinner

First Course : Heirloom Tomato & Farm Feta

A colorful assortment of seasonal heirloom tomatoes, shaved cucumbers, paper-thin sweet onions, fresh herbs, lemon, and Dancing Ewe Farm extra virgin olive oil. Finished with a generous block of sheep’s milk feta to crumble at the table.

Served alongside our creamy house-made hummus with warm grilled pita.

Second Course : Yellowfin Tuna Crudo

Sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna, delicately sliced and dressed with citrus, extra virgin olive oil, flaky sea salt, fresh herbs, capers, and a touch of chili.

​

Main Course : Grilled Lamb Chops

Herb-marinated lamb chops, encrusted with pistachio then grilled over an open flame and served family-style.

​

Accompanied by:

• Crispy Roasted Potatoes with rosemary and sea salt

• Charred Broccolini with garlic, lemon, and olive oil

• Sautéed Wild Mushrooms finished with fresh herbs

Dessert : Grand Marnier Chocolate Soufflé

A light dark chocolate soufflé scented with Grand Marnier, served warm alongside Dancing Ewe Farm house-made vanilla bean ice cream.

Every Saturday dinner includes:

• Four thoughtfully prepared courses

• Three wine pairings

• A complimentary after-dinner cordial with desert

• Family-style service inspired by the Mediterranean table

Each Saturday’s wines are selected by our sommelier to complement the menu and may change throughout the season. Below is a sample of the style of wines you can expect.

A crisp, mineral-driven white wine selected by Jody based on availability, seasonality, and the menu.

  • Chablis (Burgundy, France)

  • Vermentino (Sardinia or Tuscany, Italy)

 

These wines offer bright acidity and vibrant citrus notes that beautifully complement tomatoes, feta, herbs, and olive oil.
