Saturday Farm Dinner

Saturday evenings are ticketed farm dinners. The evening begins at 5:00 PM with an aperitivo — a glass of Prosecco, an Aperol Spritz, or another seasonal welcome cocktail — along with a few small bites as everyone gathers and settles in.

From there, we move into a Mediterranean-inspired farm dinner: fresh vegetables, beautiful salads, warm breads, house-made spreads, seafood, grilled meats, seasonal sides, exceptional olive oil, and thoughtful wine pairings. Some evenings feature a curated tasting menu; others offer a few choices throughout the meal.
